Technical Director - Accounting Advisory Services

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Director - Accounting Advisory Services to lead and provide expert guidance on complex accounting topics such as consolidation, stock compensation, and leasing under US GAAP and IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client-focused advisory on transactions and technical accounting matters
• Lead and develop a team of professionals through training and mentorship
• Partner on mergers, acquisitions, and capital market transactions
• Support audit teams with technical reviews of transactions
• Build long-term relationships with clients and key executives
• Uphold professional integrity and a respectful work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of recent experience in public accounting, advisory, or large multinational organizations
• Bachelor's degree and CPA or equivalent license
• Strong expertise in consolidation, stock compensation, or leasing
• Ability to connect with senior executives and lead diverse teams
• Willingness to travel and authorized to work in the U.S.
