Technical Director - Accounting Advisory Services

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Director - Accounting Advisory Services to lead and develop our advisory team in providing expert financial and technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Offering client-focused accounting advisory assistance on transactions such as consolidation, stock compensation, and leasing
• Leading education and development initiatives for team members
• Partnering with transaction teams on mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets regarding technical accounting
• Supporting audit teams with technical review of transactions
• Building long-term relationships with clients and key executives
• Upholding professional integrity and fostering a respectful work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years' experience in public accounting, advisory, or corporate finance
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; CPA or equivalent license
• Expertise in consolidation (including complex VIE evaluations), stock compensation, and leasing under US GAAP and IFRS
• Strong ability to engage with senior executives and lead diverse teams
• Willingness to travel and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
