Technical Director - Accounting Advisory Services

Role: Technical Director in Accounting Advisory Services within a dynamic advisory practice focused on transformation and client solutions. Responsibilities Provide client-focused accounting advisory support on transactions involving consolidation, stock compensation, leasing, and related topics.Lead and develop a team of associates to managers on technical accounting issues.Partner with transaction teams on mergers, acquisitions, sell-side, and capital market transactions, offering technical accounting expertise.Assist audit teams with technical review and audit of transactions related to accounting topics.Build long-term relationships with potential clients and key executives.Lead education initiatives and formal training for advisory resources, promoting professional growth.Uphold professional integrity and foster a respectful work environment. Qualifications And Skills Minimum of eight years of recent experience in public accounting, advisory services, or a large organization conducting financial audits or corporate accounting.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; CPA or CPA-equivalent required.Expertise in consolidation (including VIE evaluations), stock compensation, and leasing under US GAAP and IFRS.Proven ability to engage with senior executives and generate new business opportunities.Strong leadership skills to manage diverse teams.Willingness to travel and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
