Technical Designer – Women’s Apparel

About the role

We are seeking a freelance Technical Designer for an immediate, ongoing need focused on women’s apparel.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of fit comments
• Participate in fit sessions and accurately document fit corrections
• Measure samples and evaluate garments for fit, construction, and spec accuracy
• Communicate fit comments, revisions, and technical details to vendors
• Review and update technical packages as needed throughout development
• Support the development of women’s apparel across both knits and wovens
• Partner cross-functionally to help ensure product consistency and quality

Requirements

• Strong women’s apparel experience, including both knits and wovens
• Proficiency in Excel and Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with Browzwear preferred
• Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment
