Designer

About the role

As a Designer, you will be part of the Retail and Business Development department supporting the U.S. Team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and beauty design, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the production of assets for retail locations, including signage, regimen cards, treatment menus, and retail buildouts
• Create digital and print materials such as emails, social media posts, event invitations, and promotions
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets and packaging
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design materials
• Update existing promotional materials to align with new campaigns and initiatives

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in beauty, fragrance, or fashion industry design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of print and digital design production processes
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
