About the Opportunity

The Technical Delivery Manager (Healthcare) is responsible for ensuring that healthcare technology projects meet business requirements, are delivered on time, and adhere to budget and quality standards. This role coordinates development teams, stakeholders, and clients to streamline project execution and aligns technical efforts with strategic goals. The position impacts the organization by managing project lifecycles from conception to completion and supporting the delivery of healthcare products.

Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare products from design through deployment and support
• Contribute to building and maintaining cloud-native applications
• Oversee project execution to meet stakeholder goals
• Lead a team of Scrum Masters and managers, managing progress and resolving challenges
• Supervise delivery teams and manage performance
• Assign and monitor daily tasks to ensure milestone achievement
• Ensure adherence to processes and timely implementation of product vision
• Identify risks and dependencies to increase project value
• Maintain production technologies with proper maintenance and installation
• Develop project plans combining customer requirements and organizational goals
• Maintain documentation for knowledge management
• Define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for project staff
• Collaborate with diverse technical teams including developers, architects, and QA
• Manage project phases from planning to completion, including scheduling and resource allocation
• Manage internal staff hiring, mentoring, training, and evaluation
• Hire and manage contractors and external partners
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules
• Document project phases and report status to senior management

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years IT experience
• At least 5 years in managerial roles
• Deep knowledge of healthcare processes, especially Medicaid
• Understanding of cloud-native architecture and associated technologies
• Strong project management knowledge
• Experience mentoring and developing technology talent
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Accountability in decision-making and team supervision
• Experience in collaborative environments promoting teamwork
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to anticipate and mitigate challenges
• Exposure to enterprise architecture and development
• Knowledge of NoSQL, microservices, and cloud technologies

Qualifications

• Agile/Scrum certification (preferred)
• Hands-on development experience (preferred)

Pay

• Estimated salary range: $114,730 to $149,000, with potential bonuses or incentives based on business needs
