Technical Delivery Manager (Healthcare)

For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager (healthcare) to join their team. This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare products from design to deployment and support implementation
• Contribute to building and maintaining cloud-native applications
• Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to stakeholder goals
• Lead a team of Scrum Masters and address project-related challenges
• Assign tasks and ensure the team works toward established milestones
• Maintain documentation for knowledge management throughout project phases
• Develop comprehensive project plans aligning customer requirements with company goals

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• 5+ years of managerial experience
• Deep functional knowledge of Healthcare processes, especially Medicaid Business
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and associated technologies
• Demonstrated understanding of project management processes and strategies
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Pay

$114,730 – $149,000 annually
