Requirements
- Demonstrated success delivering complex technical, cybersecurity, or IAM initiatives
- Strong technical aptitude; ability to quickly understand new technologies and architectures
- Ability to partner effectively with engineers, architects, vendors, and business teams to drive informed decisions
- Project management experience required; PMP or similar certification preferred, with demonstrated technical delivery experience strongly valued
- Bachelor of Computer Science
Responsibilities
- Drive complex IAM projects end to end, actively managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions
- Develop sufficient technical depth to partner effectively with engineers, architects, vendors, and business teams
- Translate complex objectives into clear, actionable execution plans
- Coordinate across organizational processes and cross-functional dependencies to maintain delivery momentum
- Proactively identify obstacles, develop solutions, drive timely resolution, and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain strong execution discipline, accountability, and transparent reporting throughout delivery
- Apply project management methodologies pragmatically to support successful outcomes

Pay
Salary Range $110,000 - $120,000 a year
