Technical Delivery & Enablement Lead

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Delivery & Enablement Lead to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will guide Agile delivery across technical initiatives while helping teams stay aligned on priorities, risks, and execution. The ideal candidate will combine delivery leadership with hands-on technical enablement, supporting engineering teams through training, documentation, and structured roadmapping. This position also partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve delivery quality and accelerate outcomes in a remote federal consulting environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives
• Coordinate architectural efforts for search and data platform solutions and manage data ingestion pipelines
• Design and deliver technical training programs for engineering teams
• Develop end-user documentation and instructional materials for stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create structured development roadmaps
• Identify and resolve delivery risks and blockers in Jira

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of Agile delivery management using Scrum or Kanban
• Hands-on experience with the Elastic Stack, including Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Logstash
• Proven ability to design and deliver technical training and mentorship
• Expert-level proficiency in Jira and similar project management tools

Pay

$160,000 – $180,000 annually
