About the role
This role is ideal for a strong Tier 1–2 IT professional who enjoys a mix of end-user support, troubleshooting, project work, and vendor coordination.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced environment
- Support PCs, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Administer Microsoft 365, including user account creation, modification, and termination, password resets, and access management
- Support email services such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Navigate and perform basic troubleshooting on Windows servers
- Understand and apply basic networking knowledge, including switches, wireless access points (WAPs), firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting
- Understand and implement cybersecurity best practices, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and endpoint security tools
- Ensure general security awareness and compliance
- Manage hardware deployments, imaging, software installations, and inventory
Requirements
- 5–7 years of IT support experience
- Strong Tier 1–2 troubleshooting experience in a Windows-based environment
- Experience supporting PCs, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Microsoft 365 administration experience, including User account creation, modification, and termination, Password resets and access management, Email support, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive support
- Ability to navigate and perform basic troubleshooting on Windows servers
- Basic networking knowledge, including Switches, Wireless Access Points (WAPs), Firewalls, and Connectivity troubleshooting
