Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, price, delivery
- Aid customers in any customer service situation
- Ensure all customer interactions are conducted professionally and courteously
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer expectations
Requirements
- At least an Associate’s Degree in a Technical field or 2+ years of technical experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience; phone-based service experience preferred
- High interpersonal skills: influencing, resolving conflict, creative problem-solving
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism
- Self-motivated, confident, dependable, strong follow-up skills
- Excellent organizational, computer, and keyboarding skills
- Strong math skills to calculate discounts, percentages
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with other departments and multitask
- Ability to respond to customer needs promptly and effectively
