Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain customer-facing technical content
  • Produce diverse deliverables including installation instructions and video scripts
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify customer needs and documentation requirements
  • Analyze product specifications and propose suitable documentation approaches
  • Ensure consistency by following established style and process guidelines
  • Lead technical documentation projects with a small team of writers

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience producing technical content for advanced software products
  • BA/BS in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or related degree/networking certification
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, automation, networking, and security concepts
  • Ability to research complex technical concepts independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with XML authoring, content management, and courseware development tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Able to utilize AI tools for content creation while maintaining quality
