Technical Courseware Developer

About the role

The Technical Courseware Developer will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality courseware materials for online learning platforms. This includes developing interactive modules, ensuring accessibility standards are met, and collaborating with instructional designers and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain engaging and effective courseware materials for online learning platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in e-learning courseware development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
• Familiarity with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Experience with accessibility standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of educational psychology and adult learning principles.

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
