Technical Coordinator, Commercial Lines Underwriting Support

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Researches, develops, and implements policies, procedures and processes to promote consistency
• Develops and delivers job skills training and development programs to commercial lines underwriting support staff
• Identifies skill gaps relative to underwriting support best practices and provides performance improvement consulting and support
• Makes recommendations for continuous improvement based on the performance of the underwriting support function
• Serves as a subject matter expert, providing underwriting support expertise
• Develops and executes effective underwriting support internal quality control processes and procedures to ensure a consistent work product, including the design and coordination of underwriting support internal quality review processes
• Serves as Business Lead and/or resource on corporate projects representing the rating function

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• AINS, AU preferred
