About the role
Create and update training materials, process documentation, and business content as part of the Learning Resource Development team. Support ongoing content maintenance and data entry efforts during a system transition, and partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to gather information and develop effective content.
Responsibilities

- Support ongoing content maintenance and data entry efforts during a system transition
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to gather information and develop effective content
- Assist with the creation of visual content, including infographics and training resources
- Collaborate with team members to improve existing content and support business initiatives
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in technical writing, content development, training content, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating business documentation, procedural guides, or training materials
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) or digital content libraries
- Ability to confidently engage with stakeholders and ask thoughtful questions

Schedule
