Technical Consultant - System Engineering focus

About the role

Join Esri’s Professional Services team as a Technical Consultant focused on system engineering for ArcGIS Enterprise. In this role, you will work directly with customers to design, deploy, migrate, and support enterprise-scale GIS systems, with an emphasis on advanced deployment strategies such as high availability, disaster recovery, and Kubernetes-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a team specializing in ArcGIS Enterprise to help customers navigate complex enterprise IT environments by applying proven system engineering practices across Windows, Linux, cloud, and containerized deployments.
• Support customers in performance analysis, troubleshooting, and architecture evolution, ensuring that their systems grow in scale, complexity, and criticality.
• Engage with areas such as cloud infrastructure, data storage, authentication, and information security while contributing to challenging, innovative work at the intersection of ArcGIS Enterprise and enterprise IT systems.

Requirements
