Technical Consultant - Maritime Charting

Overview

In this position, you will work closely with clients to establish solutions to make them successful, broaden the effect of GIS technology to their business, and help shape the evolution of the platform by identifying new implementation patterns. You will provide vision and thought leadership while promoting the use of Esri technology to enable customer success and support its development and growth into new domains by working closely with industry experts throughout the company.

This team supports domestic and international National Mapping and Charting organizations and Intelligence Community clients including Hydrographic Offices, Navies, and other organizations responsible for Maritime Safety of Navigation. You will be part of a talented cross-functional team of dynamic and passionate Consultants and Technical Consultants to deliver capabilities that enable our customers to make a difference in communities around the world. You will be part of a team that influences lasting contributions for communities with the web and mobile applications you create.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is preferred. Experience with GIS software and technologies is required. Experience with Esri products and services is preferred.
