About the role

As a Technical Consultant - Infrastructure Solutions, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and technical support to clients in the infrastructure solutions vertical. This role requires a strong background in IT infrastructure, networking, and server technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and support to clients in the infrastructure solutions vertical.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement complex IT infrastructure solutions.
• Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality technical support.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide relevant recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and server technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in network architecture, server management, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with system administration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies and experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of data center operations and experience with data center equipment.

Pay

The salary range for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
