We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the Team, About the Role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe split into Minimum and Preferred), About USDS TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC, Why Join Us, Diversity & Inclusion, USDS Reasonable Accommodation? The instructions: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Reasonable Accommodation might be considered legal/EEO? It's about accommodation for disabilities; could be considered EEO boilerplate. Likely should remove. Also Job Information section includes pay transparency and benefits; we need to include Pay and Benefits sections only if posting actually states them. It does state compensation range and benefits details. So we should include Pay and Benefits sections. Also Schedule: posting mentions shift to fully in-person schedule up to 5 days a week. So we can include Schedule section. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to decide which sections to include: About the Team, About the Role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe combine Minimum and Preferred into one Qualifications section with sublists?), About USDS TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC, Why Join Us, Diversity & Inclusion, Pay, Benefits, Schedule. Possibly also "Job Information" but we already have Pay/Benefits. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to ensure we don't include duplicated lines. The posting includes some repeated lines? Not obvious. We need to strip out the "Job Information 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)" etc. We'll extract pay and benefits. Also need to strip out the "USDS Reasonable Accommodation" maybe considered legal boilerplate; but it's about accommodation request. Might be considered EEO/legal. Safer to remove. Also remove the "Diversity & Inclusion" maybe not boilerplate; it's substantive about company values. Keep. Also remove the "Why Join Us" maybe substantive; keep. Now structure:

    About the Team

... content from About the Team paragraph.

    About the Role

... content from About the Role paragraph up to before Responsibilities list.

    Responsibilities

    • Technical Bridge & Mediation: Serve as the primary technical consultant between Engineering teams and Policy/Risk stakeholders to translate complex legal/compliance requirements into actionable technical specifications.
    • Advanced Technical Review: Perform high-level audits of data access, microservices, and API integrations. You must be able to read and understand code/SQL to identify potential compliance risks that automated scanners might miss.
    • Data Lineage & Scenario Analysis: Rapidly map and understand complex data lineage (data flows) across various business scenarios to ensure end-to-end data integrity and regulatory adherence.
    • Compliance Decision Making: Make authoritative "Approve/Reject" decisions on complex technical requests within strict SLA windows, balancing business velocity with rigorous risk control. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and maintain quality.
    • AI-Driven Governance: Utilize and tune AI Agents to enhance governance efficiency. This includes Context Engineering, prompt optimization, and conducting A/B testing on automated compliance models.
    • Risk & Data Analysis: Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify systemic risks, trends, and bottlenecks in the data lifecycle, providing data-backed recommendations to senior leadership.
    • Framework Evolution: Partner with the engineering team to build and refine automated compliance frameworks, moving away from manual checks toward "Compliance-as-Code." Develop new and continuously improve existing operational documentation (runbooks, review criteria, escalation paths).

    Qualifications

We need to include Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could split into two subheadings? But only allowed headings are h3 for section headings; we could have nested? Probably we can just have one Qualifications section with two lists: Minimum and Preferred. Use

    for intro? Could do

    Minimum Qualifications:

    then
. But that adds extra tags not prohibited. The instruction: Use

      for section headings,
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. It doesn't forbid other tags like . Probably okay but safer to stick to only those? It says use those for those purposes, not that you cannot use other tags. But to be safe, we can use

        for prose and

        • for lists. For Minimum and Preferred we could have two separate
            each preceded by a

            describing. That's fine. So:

            Qualifications

            Minimum Qualifications:

            • Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret code (e.g., Python, Java, or Go) and SQL. You should be comfortable discussing system architecture with developers.
            • Analytical Mindset: Proven experience in technical risk analysis or data analysis. You can look at a data flow and pinpoint where the "leak" or "risk" is.
            • AI Savvy: Hands-on experience or strong theoretical knowledge of AI/LLM tools. Familiarity with Context Engineering and the ability to use AI to automate workflow-related tasks.
            • Decision Making: Experience working in a fast-paced environment where you must make accurate compliance decisions under tight SLAs. High attention to detail, sound judgment, and able to make decisions for approvals or rejections within defined policy boundaries; ability to escalate appropriately when criteria is unclear.
            • Strategic Communication and Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to explain technical risks to non-technical policy makers and explain policy constraints to engineers. Serve as one of the primary cross-functional partners for ticket review operations and data field governance, coordinating with Product, Global Risk and Compliance, and other Engineering teams.

            Preferred Qualifications:

            • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
            • Data Governance Expertise: Strong understanding of data lifecycle management, data lineage, and privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
            • Experience in Data Engineering or Backend Development before moving into Compliance/Governance.
            • Familiarity with Data Catalog tools and automated Metadata management.
            • Prior experience in a "Technical Program Manager" or "Data Protection Incident Manager"
Now About USDS TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC:

USDS Joint Venture LLC is dedicated to the safety and security of millions of Americans who create, discover, and connect with what they love on the apps we operate. The Joint Venture has been established in compliance with the Executive Order signed by President Trump on September 25, 2025. Our foundation is a comprehensive data privacy and cybersecurity program we operate under defined safeguards to protect national security and secure U.S. user data, apps and the algorithm. We safeguard the U.S. content ecosystem, holding decision-making authority for trust and safety policies and moderation. USDS Joint Venture helps ensure Americans can continue to express their creativity, discover new hobbies and interests, and build thriving communities and businesses on a global scale. On-site presence across teams allows the company to operate with greater speed, alignment, and agility — especially in areas like real-time decision-making, team development, and integrated execution. As such, the company is shifting from a hybrid work model to a fully in-person schedule up to 5 days a week.

Note: The schedule info is also in this paragraph; we might also create a Schedule section separately. But we can keep schedule info here and also maybe create a Schedule section. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine schedule into About USDS section. But we also need to include Schedule section if posting actually states them. It does state schedule: shifting to fully in-person up to 5 days a week. We could make a Schedule section with that detail. However that would duplicate info. Better to keep schedule info in About USDS section and not create separate Schedule section to avoid thin section. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can omit Schedule section. Now Why Join Us:

Pay: We need to include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does: Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $98800 - $196000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. We should preserve all substantive information. So we can put that in a

            under Pay heading.

Note: I added commas for readability but must preserve original numbers; adding commas is okay as it's not changing meaning. Might be okay.
