Mitigation Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Restoration Mitigation Technician to clean up after fires, water damages, floods, mold, and unusual disasters. At Arcus Restoration, we grow talent from the ground up, providing experience and training that add structure, feedback, and motivation.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $18.00/hour for candidates with no experience. Increased starting wage will be considered for experienced candidates.

Requirements

• Great people skills—customers are the priority, and exceptional service is non-negotiable
• Tenacity and grit—this role involves handling situations others can’t or won’t
• Endurance and strength—heavy lifting and high exertion are required daily, often extending into the night
• Ability to work 50 hours per week, including on-call shifts for emergencies
• Clean-cut appearance and tobacco-free
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record

Schedule

Disasters are unscheduled, requiring flexibility to work extended hours, including nights. On-call shifts are rotated monthly.
