Duties & Responsibilities
- Mitigation Technician duties include, but are not limited to demolition, use of hand and power tools, structural drying applications, monitoring visits, mold remediation, site safety and management, documentation of project details and progression.
- You will be working directly with the customer, and demo team to provide the best possible restorative services.
- Communication and customer satisfaction are critical responsibilities shared by a Mitigation Technician.
Position Requirements
- Effective written and oral communication
- Basic math skills
- High school diploma/GED
- IICRC certifications preferred
- Must be able to lift loads up to 100 pounds
- Use power tools
- Repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Construction, plumbing, electrical background is a plus
Compensation
- Hourly Pay is based on experience, plus commission based on production.
- You must pass a drug screening and successfully complete a background check.
