Technical Compliance Analyst

The organization is a market leader in online casino and sports betting, operating real-money gaming platforms under multiple brands. It focuses on integrating online, social, and land-based gaming to deliver cohesive player experiences across various channels.

The Technical Compliance Analyst role is centered on ensuring that the company’s gaming products meet technical and regulatory standards across multiple jurisdictions. This position plays a key role in supporting the product lifecycle from a compliance perspective, interfacing with internal teams and external regulators to maintain adherence to evolving regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review technical requirements and verify product compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to address and document compliance issues.
• Provide technical compliance feedback on new features, changes, and issues.
• Document rules, regulations, policies, and technical requirements from regulatory authorities.
• Analyze updates to regulations and provide structured feedback to regulators.
• Assist with audits and reviews to ensure ongoing compliance and identify potential violations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred; relevant certifications and experience considered.
• Minimum of 2 years in technical compliance or quality assurance within online casino and sports wagering.
• Strong foundation in hardware, software development, coding, web technologies, and networking.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting independent or governmental test laboratories and interpreting gaming industry submissions.
• In-depth knowledge of gaming regulatory frameworks and associated laws.
• Technical understanding of sports betting and iGaming systems, including controls and operational procedures.

Pay

$60,000—$75,000 USD
