Technical Co-Founder Needed to Lead Product Development at a Growing Startup

I'm looking for someone to take ownership of the technical side of a growing startup. I've been handling both product and development leadership, and it's time to bring in someone who can lead the technical direction and help us take things to the next level. This person needs to be able to think big while still being hands-on. Someone who can tackle tough technical challenges, lead developers, make important architectural decisions, and jump in to write code when needed. We're a startup, so things move fast, priorities change, and there's still plenty to figure out. I need someone who's comfortable with that environment and genuinely enjoys building things. I'm not looking for someone who just wants to manage a team. I want someone who takes ownership, loves solving problems, and wants to be part of building and growing something meaningful.
