Product Leader - Start-Up Tech Company

Overview

We're supporting an early-stage technology company looking for a Product Leader to own product strategy and roadmap from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap across API, data, integrations, and platform development.
• Translate customer, commercial, and technical needs into clear product priorities.
• Work closely with engineering and data teams on schemas, integrations, data quality, and product architecture.
• Build feedback loops with revenue, customer, and technical teams to inform roadmap decisions.
• Develop clear PRDs, API specifications, product documentation, and customer-facing release notes.
• Lead the evolution of an early product into a more scalable platform and intelligence layer.
• Operate hands-on in a small, fast-moving team where product, technical, and commercial thinking overlap.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' product experience, ideally in data infrastructure, identity, enrichment, API-first platforms, martech, RevOps tooling, or adjacent technical product environments.
• Experience building or scaling products for technical users, such as engineers, data teams, operators, or RevOps stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of data schemas, match rates, coverage, latency, integrations, and product quality metrics.
• Proven experience in zero-to-one or early-stage product development.
• Ability to work directly with engineering and data science teams in a highly technical environment.
• Strong written communication, including PRDs, technical specs, product updates, and customer-facing documentation.
• Comfortable working in person within a small, high-velocity startup team.
• A technical PM background, engineering background, or deep API/product infrastructure experience would be highly relevant.
