About the role
We are seeking a Technical Client Success Manager to join our Customer Success – Support team. This position is full-time and remote.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute client success strategies that drive business growth and loyalty.
- Facilitate regular check-ins with customers to assess progress and address any issues promptly.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
- Work closely with product and sales teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Experience using AI tools to support client success initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in client success.
- Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.

Pay
