About the role

We are seeking a Technical Client Success Manager to join our Customer Success – Support team. This position is full-time and remote.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute client success strategies that drive business growth and loyalty.
  • Facilitate regular check-ins with customers to assess progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Work closely with product and sales teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Experience using AI tools to support client success initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in client success.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.

Pay
