- Domain Knowledge Process : Communication Order to Activate process, Service Order Management, Provisioning and Activation.
- Products : Enterprise Products - Ethernet (primarily) , IPVPN, Wave etc..
- Technical Knowledge : Exposure to Understand Integration aspects and Workflows. Web Services, Queues , Topics XML, JSON Understand Integration specification tools like Swagger etc..
- Project Management Methodologies Agile Specific knowledge on SAFe is advantageous.
