Tech BA / Process Consultant Profiles

• Looking for a Communication Domain experienced Technical Business Analyst / Process Consultant with exposure to Enterprise Data Products like Ethernet Products, Ethernet Private Line, Ethernet Virtual Private Line, Business Internet, Wavelength etc.
• Domain Knowledge Process: Communication Order to Activate process, Service Order Management, Provisioning and Activation
• Products: Enterprise Products - Ethernet (primarily), IPVPN, Wave etc.
• Technical Knowledge: Exposure to Understand Integration aspects and Workflows. Web Services, Queues, Topics XML, JSON. Understand Integration specification tools like Swagger etc.
• Project Management Methodologies: Agile. Specific knowledge on SAFe is advantageous

• Skills: Good Stakeholder management and Elicitation skill. Managing cross geography teams - With Discovery and grooming
• Tools: Visio, BPM tools. Able to understand and create - Process document and Architecture diagram

Qualifications

• Experience in Telecom with Metro Ethernet experience
