Responsibilities

  • Create new case files as applicable.
  • Conduct ICSR reconciliation with business partners as per the terms outlined in pharmacovigilance agreements.
  • Create and maintain work instructions related to assigned duties.
  • Prepare request and information letters.
  • Afford assistance in maintaining the PSRM file room which includes archiving, file retrieval, file room inventory, coordinate maintenance of Xerox machines.
  • Afford assistance in the reimbursement process for PSRM reports.
  • Perform administrative duties which may include departmental mail, returned mail, filing, maintain inventory of enveloped and brochures, and entry into departmental tracking database.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 0-2 years of experience.
  • A High School Diploma and 4 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Must possess knowledge of departmental policies and procedures and the operation of a business office.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organization skills and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset.
  • Confidentiality of departmental and company business is essential.
  • Ability to read and interpret general business documents.
  • Ability to write routine reports and general business correspondence.
  • Ability to work with peers and communicate basic concepts.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
  • Ability to solve practical problems through standardized solutions that require limited judgment.
  • Ability to follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve routine problems.
  • Typically sitting at a desk or table. Intermittently sitting, standing, walking or stooping.
  • Intermittently sitting, standing, walking or stooping.
  • May require use of hands and use of arms. lifting requirements.
  • Normal office situation.
  • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
