Responsibilities
- Create new case files as applicable.
- Conduct ICSR reconciliation with business partners as per the terms outlined in pharmacovigilance agreements.
- Create and maintain work instructions related to assigned duties.
- Prepare request and information letters.
- Afford assistance in maintaining the PSRM file room which includes archiving, file retrieval, file room inventory, coordinate maintenance of Xerox machines.
- Afford assistance in the reimbursement process for PSRM reports.
- Perform administrative duties which may include departmental mail, returned mail, filing, maintain inventory of enveloped and brochures, and entry into departmental tracking database.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 0-2 years of experience.
- A High School Diploma and 4 years of administrative experience preferred.
- Must possess knowledge of departmental policies and procedures and the operation of a business office.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organization skills and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset.
- Confidentiality of departmental and company business is essential.
- Ability to read and interpret general business documents.
- Ability to write routine reports and general business correspondence.
- Ability to work with peers and communicate basic concepts.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Ability to solve practical problems through standardized solutions that require limited judgment.
- Ability to follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve routine problems.
- Typically sitting at a desk or table. Intermittently sitting, standing, walking or stooping.
- Intermittently sitting, standing, walking or stooping.
- May require use of hands and use of arms. lifting requirements.
- Normal office situation.
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
