Responsibilities
- Implements and supports facility and division desktop equipment
- Responds to end user desktop incidents and requests reported to the Service Desk
- Mentors, supports, and trains entry-level Technical Analysts
- Communicates problems beyond their ability or responsibility to senior-level support personnel
- Provides support to other division and facility IT personnel as warranted
- Participates in 24x7 on-call support based on division IT staff rotation
- Adheres to and supports HCA IT policies and procedures
- Recommends process changes to improve IT&S desktop equipment and software implementation, maintenance, and support
- Can provide expanded on-site support to technical resources if needed
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task between day-to-day operations and special assignments
- Telecom experience (plus)
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to support other campus buildings within a 15 minute drive
- Previous Technical Analyst experience
