About the Team

This is a senior-level role within the Global Digital & CyberSecurity team. You will lead the design, architecture, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technical solutions, serving as a subject matter expert across multiple platforms and systems. The role ensures alignment to enterprise standards, scalability, and long-term maintainability while driving solution strategy, establishing technical patterns, and leading major initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end application architecture and delivery of complex, multi-system solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical designs.
• Design intuitive UI/UX solutions and create Figma wireframes and prototypes to support business and technical requirements.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders at all levels, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable information.
• Establish and enforce technical standards, governance, and best practices.
• Drive solution design across Power Platform, Azure, SQL, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Lead major initiatives, epics, and cross-team programs.
• Own critical incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and roadmap priorities.
• Mentor and coach junior Technical Analysts.
• Ensure audit readiness and security compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a STEM major (required).
• Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or MBA (preferred).
• 7-10 years of experience.
• Advanced knowledge of SDLC.
• Experience with Azure Cloud, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Advanced SQL Server experience.
• Strong API and integration experience.
• Expertise in Power Platform.
• Programming experience (.NET, C#, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.

Pay

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable employment laws.
