Technical Analyst

About the role

Responsible for collaborating with stakeholders and developers, participating in JAD sessions, and providing solutions as needed. Also involved in documenting technical inputs and requirements, creating both high-level and low-level design diagrams and flowcharts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of working experience as a Technical Analyst.
• Experience/Knowledge of Java-based Web API/Web Services and Kafka.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Experience creating high-level and low-level designs, flowcharts, and sequence diagrams.
• Understanding of Telecom Billing Systems (e.g. CSG, ICOMS).
• Able to propose solutions and help architect the flow of services.
