Technical Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed and accurate reports to support decision-making processes.
• Analyze data and generate insights that highlight trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Create dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data across all reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data requirements.
• Monitor initiatives progress and track key milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain detailed records of timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Identify potential risks and issues, and provide recommendations for mitigating actions.
• Ensure all activities are documented and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Regularly update status and provide reports to management and team members.

Stakeholder & Business Partner Management

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
• Cook up meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items and decisions.
• Aid in the development and implementation of mechanisms, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure alignment between objectives and organizational goals.
• Support team members with any technical issues and provide troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are required. Collaborative and relationship-building abilities are essential. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is necessary. Experience with project management and stakeholder engagement is preferred.

Pay

The Salary Range for the role is $57,784.00 - $85,000.00/year. Location-specific minimum wage details can be found here: DaVita.jobs/WageRates. Compensation depends on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.

Schedule

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
