We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting and extract content for each relevant section. Let's identify sections: - About the role: description of role, mission, etc. The posting includes introductory paragraphs about Availity, mission, etc. That could be "About the role". Also there is "Reporting to the Senior Manager..." etc. So we can put that under About the role. - Responsibilities: bullet list of duties: "The TAM is responsible for ensuring customer success by proactively building, maintaining, and expanding relationships..." etc. Also "What You Will Be Doing" list. - Requirements: maybe "To Be Qualified For This Role" bullet list. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with requirements; but we can treat "To Be Qualified For This Role" as Qualifications. However we need separate sections if content distinct. The posting has "To Be Qualified For This Role" with bullet points. Also "What Will Set You Apart" maybe Skills? Or "What You Will Be Doing" is Responsibilities. There's also "Why Do You Want To Work For This Team" maybe not needed. - Skills: maybe "What Will Set You Apart" includes skills like technical systems integration, etc. Also "Have strong interpersonal skills" etc. Could be under Skills. - Benefits: "Availity Culture And Benefits" includes list of benefits: Competitive salary and incentive opportunities, Generous HSA company contributions, Medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning on day one, 401(k) with company match, Unlimited PTO for salaried associates plus nine paid holidays, Wellness reimbursement of up to $250 annually, Education reimbursement programs, Paid parental leave for birth and adoptive parents, Volunteer and community engagement opportunities. - Pay: Not explicitly stated; only "Competitive salary and incentive opportunities" but no specific numbers. The rule: do NOT create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "Competitive salary and incentive opportunities" but not a specific figure. That's vague; maybe we should not create Pay section because it's not specific. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." Benefits we have specific list, so include Benefits. Pay: only "Competitive salary and incentive opportunities" is vague but still states something about pay. However it's not a specific number; but it's still stating pay. The rule says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state something about pay (competitive salary). So we could include Pay section with that statement. However they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might be okay to include Pay with that line. - Schedule: Not mentioned; no schedule info. So omit Schedule. Now we need to format: Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. No markdown fences. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details as they appear, but we can rephrase? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Means we should not omit details, but we can rephrase? Probably we should keep the substance but can rewrite for HTML. Safer to keep sentences largely same. We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we must cut out the "Next Steps", "Interview Process", "Disclaimers", etc. Also remove "Why Do You Want To Work For This Team" maybe not needed but could be considered part of About the role? It's about team culture; but we have Benefits and Culture separate. Might be okay to omit as it's not a required section. However we need to preserve substantive information; if we omit that paragraph, we lose info about fast-paced flexible collaborative work environment, exposure to multiple areas, career path. That is substantive. Should we include it somewhere? Could be part of About the role or Benefits? It's about work environment; maybe we can include under About the role as prose. Similarly "Availity Culture And Benefits" we already have Benefits; the culture part about Great Place to Work etc could be under About the role or a separate section? There's no specific heading for Culture; we could include under About the role. We need to avoid duplication. Let's extract sections: **About the role** (prose): - Availity delivers revenue cycle and related business solutions for health care professionals who want to build healthy, thriving organizations. We'll keep the What You Will Be Doing list as responsibilities. **Requirements / Qualifications**: From "To Be Qualified For This Role" bullet list: - Have at least 3 years of account OR customer management experience in healthcare, payer, provider relations, or technology environment. - Have an associate degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent work experience, bachelor’s degree a plus. - Have strong interpersonal skills. - Experience facilitating meetings and engaging with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization is vital. - Team player that works in support of others and in close collaborative partnership. - Have knowledge of healthcare payer processing, provider/hospital office operations, customer service and IT operations. - Are a trusted problem-solver who listens to business problems and can provide potential solutions. - Interpret technical issues and translate them into actionable business impacts for executive and operational audiences. - You have exceptional customer service skills. - Have strong analytical and research skills with ability to guide client based on analytical data. - Monthly monitoring, and creation of SLA adherence and process improvement based on output. - Leveraging data to identify opportunities for operational improvement, payer adoption growth, and issue prevention. - Highly motivated, self-starting, and proactive – not reactive. - Maintain awareness of all active implementations, production support efforts, strategic programs, and roadmap initiatives impacting assigned accounts. - Identify dependencies, risks, blockers, and competing priorities that may impact client outcomes. - Ability to see the bigger picture and have demonstrated ability to use discretion and make sound decisions. - Have HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) knowledge. - Demonstrated leadership and ability to remain collaborative within high stakes environments (ability to remain calm during internal/external escalations). Also "What Will Set You Apart" could be considered Skills or Additional Qualifications. Let's treat as Skills. **Skills** (list): From "What Will Set You Apart": - Serve as the primary operational escalation point for strategic payer partners, coordinating cross-functional resources through solutioning or issue resolution. - Thrive in a rapidly changing and highly ambiguous environment. - Can effectively manage complex projects end-to-end ensuring high levels of satisfaction and execution. - Have knowledge of technical systems integration and internal operating systems e.g. Salesforce, Jira, Gainsight, Confluence. - Experience with a large national payer with complex operational, implementation, escalation, and governance needs across multiple business units and technical platforms. Also from earlier: "Have strong interpersonal skills", "Experience facilitating meetings", etc could be skills but already in qualifications. We'll keep Skills as the distinct set. **Benefits** (list): From "Availity Culture And Benefits": - Competitive salary and incentive opportunities - Generous HSA company contributions - Medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning on day one - 401(k) with company match - Unlimited PTO for salaried associates plus nine paid holidays - Wellness reimbursement of up to $250 annually - Education reimbursement programs - Paid parental leave for birth and adoptive parents - Volunteer and community engagement opportunities Also culture mentions: Great Place to Work etc. Could be included as prose under About the role or separate but we have no section for Culture. Could add a short paragraph under About the role about culture. But we already have a lot in About the role; we could add a sentence: "Availity is a certified 'Great Place to Work,' 'Best Workplaces for Technology Companies,' 'Best Workplaces for Women,' and 'Best Workplaces for Millennials!'" etc. That is substantive; we should include it. We'll add to About the role after the mission description. **Pay**: We have "Competitive salary and incentive opportunities" already in Benefits list; but Pay
