The Role

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Docebo is responsible for architecting long-term technical strategies, owning the Docebo-customer relationship, and delivering high-impact presentations to customer executives. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Arcitect the Future: Translate customer business goals and eLearning objectives into long-term technical strategies.
  • Own the Relationship: Partner closely with the Account Team to drive account health, customer growth, and long-term satisfaction.
  • Create and Deliver Presentations: Present performance and contractual SLAs to customer senior and executive management.
  • Guard the Platform: Monitor and assess technical health across critical areas including API usage, integrations, custom modules, and login/session trends.
  • Champion Efficiency: Analyze support case patterns, identify systemic workarounds, and recommend improvements to enhance platform health.
  • Innovate through Pilots: Support the preparation and execution of small proof-of-concept projects with stakeholders.
  • Bridge the Gap: Serve as the central technical liaison between customer executive stakeholders and internal Docebo teams.

Requirements

  • SaaS Troubleshooting Experience: 5+ years of hands-on technical troubleshooting experience, 2+ years managing enterprise or large accounts.
  • Public Sector Experience: Proven experience within the United States public sector.
  • Technical Communication: Masterful communication and presentation skills.
  • Web Technologies: Solid knowledge of front-end and back-end development, OAuth 2.0, and SAML Single Sign-On protocols.
  • Data & Integration: Proficiency in at least two of the following: SQL queries, iPaaS technology, BI reporting tools.
  • Risk Mitigation: Strong project management and analytical skills for forecasting impacts and advising on testing readiness.
  • Global Mobility: Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications

  • Cloud Certification: Active AWS Product Certification.
  • LMS & HCM Experience: Previous industry experience in e-Learning, LMS, or Human Capital Management platforms.
  • Scalability Expertise: Prior experience with large-scale platform performance, uptime, and scalability.

Schedule

This is a U.S. remote position with an exception to our hybrid work policy. The team meets three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday) and works remotely the rest of the week.
