About the role

The Trade Desk is seeking a Technical Account Manager to oversee integrations with clients, inventory/publisher partners, data partners, and others. This role requires strong technical problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate client's technical understanding of Data Quality and provide quantifiable recommendations
  • Act as a key advisor to our company’s largest clients and partners on data ingestion, data cleansing, and data integration projects
  • Manage long-term (multi-month) integrations, set timelines, keep all stakeholders up to date, and drive the process forward
  • Influence clients to choose the best possible solutions, even if it’s not what the client initially thought they wanted
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Experience in a technical client-facing role
  • Proficiency in JSON and REST APIs
  • Experience with SQL, web technologies/web programming languages
  • Experience analyzing data to identify gaps and inconsistencies
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets
  • Experience within the retail industry or in e-commerce (not essential)
  • Experience working with clients, product, and engineering teams
