Technical Account Manager, Inventory
About the role
The Trade Desk is seeking a Technical Account Manager to oversee integrations with clients, inventory/publisher partners, data partners, and others. This role requires strong technical problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and project management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate client's technical understanding of Data Quality and provide quantifiable recommendations
- Act as a key advisor to our company’s largest clients and partners on data ingestion, data cleansing, and data integration projects
- Manage long-term (multi-month) integrations, set timelines, keep all stakeholders up to date, and drive the process forward
- Influence clients to choose the best possible solutions, even if it’s not what the client initially thought they wanted
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications
- Experience in a technical client-facing role
- Proficiency in JSON and REST APIs
- Experience with SQL, web technologies/web programming languages
- Experience analyzing data to identify gaps and inconsistencies
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- Experience within the retail industry or in e-commerce (not essential)
- Experience working with clients, product, and engineering teams
