Technical Account Manager - East or South (Remote Based)
About the Role
Serve as the trusted technical leader for major healthcare accounts, proactively managing system performance, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and driving stability, innovation, and long-term customer success across Philips’ managed services solutions.
- Serve as a single point of contact to ensure systems are healthy and up and running
- Provide regular updates on solution performance
- Monitor trends in case management and engage with customer support to drive resolution, ensuring speedy resolution of escalated customer issues
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in complex health system IT environments
- 3+ years’ experience in consultative, post-sales enterprise solutions using client/server architecture. Additional experience in supporting clinical and/or healthcare applications a plus
- 3+ years’ experience planning and implementing large software installations or managing them after installation
- Extensive knowledge of medical imaging systems, DICOM, and HL7 messaging standards
- Ability to successfully perform the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
- US work authorization is required; the company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future
How We Work Together
This is a field role, most effectively performed outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customer’s or suppliers’ locations. For office-based teams, we work in-person at least 3 days per week.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $90,000/yr–$150,000/yr. The actual base pay offered may vary within this range depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may include an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long-term incentives.
