Technical Account Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic APAC clients post-contract execution.
- Build trusted relationships with client product, engineering, operations, compliance, and executive stakeholders.
- Develop account plans and success strategies aligned with customer objectives and growth targets.
- Conduct regular business and technical reviews with clients.
- Guide clients through API integration, onboarding, testing, certification, and production launch activities.
- Advise clients on platform architecture, payment workflows, onboarding models, and operational best practices.
- Provide consultation on embedded financial services, fintech, marketplace, and multi-party commerce use cases.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Fiserv platform capabilities and product roadmap.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive implementation milestones and remove blockers.
- Monitor integration progress and proactively identify delivery risks.
- Partner with engineering, product management, compliance, and operations teams to ensure successful client launches.
- Drive adoption of new capabilities and service offerings.
- Manage technical escalations and coordinate resolution across internal teams.
- Lead incident communication and client-facing remediation discussions.
- Ensure root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities are completed.
- Capture client feedback and advocate for product enhancements.
- Partner with product leadership to influence roadmap prioritization.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
What You Need To Have
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, implementation management, or customer success.
- Experience supporting enterprise software, payments, fintech, or platform-based products.
- Strong understanding of APIs, web services, authentication methods, and integration architectures.
- Experience working with clients across APAC markets.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex customer engagements simultaneously.
What Is Nice To Have
- Experience with payment processing, acquiring, merchant onboarding, payouts, wallets, or embedded finance.
- Knowledge of marketplace, platform, PayFac, or multi-party commerce business models.
- Familiarity with payment regulations and compliance requirements across APAC regions.
- Experience supporting fintechs, software platforms, marketplaces, or ISVs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Pay
$134,000.00 - $218,400.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in Sunnyvale, California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
