About the role
This position reports to the Senior Director of Analytics and Technical Account Management; it works to standardize and automate analytical processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with advertisers, agencies, publishers, and internal Product and Engineering teams to ensure accurate campaign setup, measurement, and ongoing support.
- Manage ad trafficking and integrations, troubleshoot live trackers, and support data preparation and analysis to improve measurement fidelity.
- Day-to-day activities include campaign setup and QA, issue resolution, Excel- and Looker-based data exploration, and client-facing technical support.
- Gain a deep understanding of attention metrics and media quality measurement.
- Develop scalable campaign execution and measurement solutions that support our clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with business units in a transparent, cross-functional environment.
- Manage Ad Operations and Trafficking for Adelaide advertiser and publisher campaigns, ranging from campaign set up and generating tags to ensuring measurement fidelity.
- Troubleshoot and QA for live trackers while defining processes to automate this workflow in conjunction with both Product & Engineering teams.
- Support on integrations with new publishers and partners, which may involve specific nuance and debugging of Javascript & HTML.
- Analyze granular measurement based data to help improve upon our tracker development and implementation.
- Excel and Looker to explore, clean, and filter data in preparation for analysis.
- Provide client support by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on how to use our platform and metric.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in the digital media industry.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in programmatic advertising and digital media analytics.
- Troubleshooting – Familiarity with troubleshooting JavaScript, particularly in the context of ad tags or tracking pixels.
- Excel Expertise – command of Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and formula-based analysis to support data exploration and reporting tasks.
- Data Quality & Testing - Strong attention to detail in building data validation, profiling routines, and root cause analysis workflows.
- Communication & Collaboration - Excellent interpersonal skills with experience working cross-functionally; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and deliver training/support.
- Educational Background & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering) or a rigorous coding bootcamp with a portfolio demonstrating the above skills.

Pay
Base Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000
