Techn Reporting Analyst III (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities to gather requirements and translate them into specifications for solution implementation.
• Develop multi-source data and reporting solutions.
• Define and execute test scenarios and cases.
• Provide support for complex production issues and change requests, including root cause analysis and resolution implementation.
• Provide infrastructure and environment administrative support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Information Technology Certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, OCP) and 3 years’ experience in the specified areas, or 6 years’ experience in the following areas:
  • Multiple reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Business Objects, Cognos) and Structured Query Languages (SQL).
  • Relational and dimensional models.
  • Analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
  • Performance tuning experience related to reporting queries.
  • Leading requirement analysis and design sessions.
  • Developing business/semantic layers.
  • Understanding of data integration issues (validation and cleaning), familiarity with complex data and structures.
  • Working in a requirements analysis role.
  • Interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills to support project environments involving internal, external, and customer teams.
  • Knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts (relational and dimensional).
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools, including Access and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Experience in any of the following areas:
  • Leading requirement analysis and design sessions.
  • Developing business/semantic layers.
  • Leading or mentoring a team.
  • System administration for a reporting environment.

Pay

$55,900.00 - $123,500.00. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
