TECH700: Gemini Core Enablement Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the AI roadmap, integrating Google Gemini across functional teams (Marketing, Curriculum, HR, etc.)
• Establish standardized processes, including “Golden Prompts” and templates, to ensure consistent and high-quality outputs.
• Develop governance frameworks in partnership with the CISO, ensuring security, data privacy, and ethical AI usage.
• Design, build, and maintain a library of custom “Gems” tailored to organizational needs (e.g., grant writing, social media, branding).
• Integrate Gemini deeply within Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) to automate reporting and content creation workflows.
• Optimize and troubleshoot prompt performance, ensuring reliable and repeatable outputs.
• Support advanced automation initiatives (e.g., Python or Google Apps Script integrations).
• Deliver workshops and coaching sessions to increase AI fluency across the organization.
• Develop onboarding materials, including a “Gemini Quick-Start Guide” for new members.
• Promote AI adoption by communicating its value, sharing success stories, and tracking impact metrics.
• Drive adoption goals (e.g., achieving 50%+ AI usage across core teams by end of 2026).

Requirements

• Proven experience with Google Workspace administration or advanced power-user expertise.
• Strong prompt engineering skills, with the ability to generate high-quality, consistent outputs from LLMs.
• Experience building AI-driven workflows (e.g., custom prompts, Gems, automated pipelines), with a portfolio or examples preferred.
• Experience in training, teaching, or change management is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain and advocate for AI adoption.
