About the role
2nd/3rd shift
Improve local team performance through increasing skills and time to certification processes. Drive training efficiencies across roles as a cost eliminator, reducing unnecessary risk and the time allotted for training with a continuous improvement mindset.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation of new processes and learning technologies to integrate training into the flow of work
- Communicate effectively and build relationships to influence teams, share best practices, and develop effective training for operations teams
- Use strong problem-solving skills to make optimal decisions in a timely manner, knowing when to seek additional input or drive for consensus
- Work on the manufacturing floor across all shifts to document and teach critical work processes
- Ensure quality while minimizing waste
Requirements
- 1 – 3 years’ experience conducting or leading training, including On-The-Job training, in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- 2 – 4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Forms)

Pay
The salary range for this position is $55,875.00 - $93,125.00, depending on role, level, and location.
