In this role, you'll be a key part of the agent experience, helping new and experienced agents confidently use our tools, stay organized in our systems, and operate at a high level. You'll combine technical know-how with people skills to ensure agents feel supported, trained, and set up for success. This is a fast-paced, service-driven role with strong growth potential for someone who wants to build a long-term career in operations, training, or leadership.

Pay
- Competitive starting salary: $42,000–$51,000 yearly
- Bonus structure after 1 year
