The Part-time Tech Support Representative positions are available at Gibson Electric's Trenton Member Service Center located at 1207A S. College St., Trenton, TN.
Responsibilities
- Schedules and confirms service appointments
- Resolves technical and non-technical customer problems/complaints
- Provides technical support for customers and employees
- Coordinates setup and transfer of new telephone service to Gibson Connect
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of administrative experience
- One to two years in a customer service position
- Effective communication skills with members, employees, and the public
Qualifications
- Willing and able to fill in for other Part-Time Tech Support shifts as needed
- Hours may be adjusted based on customer need
