Tech Support/Call Center
What's the Job?
- Log support tickets and assist with resetting employee passwords
- Respond to email correspondence with vendors and internal teams
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance
- Support the team in managing daily operational tasks
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to maintain workflow efficiency
What's Needed?
- Ability to multitask by talking and typing simultaneously
- Strong computer knowledge and familiarity with technical support tools
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Criminal background check and drug screening required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

7:00 am - 3:00 pm OR 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Monday through Friday
