Tech Resiliency Specialist

About the role

Support the Technology Resilience program by partnering with various technical teams to improve response and recovery capabilities. Participate actively in technical discussions, understanding recovery challenges across multiple domains. Translate complex technical information into actionable insights for engineering teams and senior management. Assist in creating and analyzing recovery test reports and dashboards, including Snow BCM modules. Drive remediation efforts following incidents and recovery exercises to enhance organizational resilience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with infrastructure, cloud, application, database, cybersecurity, and platform teams to support the Technology Resilience program.
• Engage in technical discussions to identify and address recovery challenges across multiple domains.
• Translate complex technical information into actionable insights for engineering teams and senior management.
• Create and analyze recovery test reports and dashboards, including Snow BCM modules.
• Drive remediation efforts following incidents and recovery exercises to enhance organizational resilience.

Requirements

• Experience in infrastructure support, cloud operations, disaster recovery, backup and recovery, or related technical disciplines.
• Proficiency in technical support involving servers, databases, networking, storage, and cloud platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with ServiceNow BCM modules and creating dashboards is a plus.
