TECH - MONITOR (PER DIEM)

About the Role

Responsible for the monitoring and recognition of continuous electrocardiographic telemetry.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Successful completion of a basic cardiac arrhythmia course or successful completion of an arrhythmia test given by the Education Department.
• Current BLS certification.
• Certification of completion of a basic cardiac arrhythmia course.
• Basic PC knowledge and medical terminology.
• Ability to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
