Tech Lead Manager, Foundation Models

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to develop large-scale foundation models for the company
• Driver set technical direction and execution strategies for the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including simulation, planner, semantics, and ML infrastructure
• Foster an inclusive team culture that promotes research innovations
• Deliver impactful results aligned with overall strategic goals

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing medium-size teams
• Proven ability in developing team culture and leadership skills
• 6+ years experience in deep learning research or applied research
• Technical experience with large language models and visual language models
• Foundation model expertise in pretraining, mid-training, and post-training preferred
