Tech Lead Manager, Model Integration

About the role

The Tech Lead Manager, Model Integration will oversee the integration of advanced AI models into our product suite. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise in machine learning and model deployment, and experience managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration of AI models into our product suite
• Lead a team of engineers and data scientists in the development and deployment of AI models
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that AI models meet business objectives
• Develop and maintain best practices for AI model deployment and monitoring
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in machine learning and model deployment
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of AI ethics and fairness principles
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and infrastructure
