Tech Lead Manager, Model Integration

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team focused on integrating ML models into production systems
• Define the technical direction for scalable model integration workflows
• Develop tools and processes to improve model transition to production environments
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient model integration and validation
• Enhance onboarding and configuration processes across the integration lifecycle
• Identify bottlenecks in workflows and implement automation solutions
• Set strong engineering practices for quality and operational excellence

Qualifications

• 8+ years in machine learning systems, software infrastructure, or related software domains
• Proficient in Python and at least one systems programming language (e.g., C++)
• Experienced in building and operating internal platforms or developer-facing infrastructure
• Familiar with integrating ML models into production systems focusing on quality and reliability
• Skilled in software development and debugging in Linux environments
• Proven success in leading technical teams or large cross-functional initiatives effectively
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
