Tech II - PC

About the role

Ability to perform standard break-fix triage for hardware and software on end user systems. Desk-side software support utilizing Windows Operating Systems. Responding to incoming service requests in a timely manner and following set up procedures for logging, reporting and monitoring desktop operations.

Requirements

• A+ certification (minimum); will be required to obtain additional certifications (Net+, Server+, HP, IBM, and Dell specific)
• Ability to work well both independently and in team settings
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills
• Excellent customer service skills
